Service operator
Agency Readiness is a software product operated by VITALLOGIX LLC. These terms govern access to agencyreadiness.com and the Agency Readiness application.
Authorized use
Customers may use the service for their internal workforce, training, credential, and compliance-readiness operations. Customers are responsible for authorized access, accurate information, required notices and consents, and compliance with laws and contractual obligations that apply to them.
Compliance responsibility
Agency Readiness provides workflow and recordkeeping support; it does not provide legal, regulatory, clinical, accreditation, or billing advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing requirements and making operational and compliance decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to maintain a reliable and secure service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. Material terms for paid service may also be stated in an order form or other agreement with the customer.
