Agency Readiness is a software product operated by VITALLOGIX LLC. This policy applies to agencyreadiness.com and the Agency Readiness application.

We process account, agency, workforce, training, credential, communication, and technical information that customers and their authorized users provide or generate while using the service. Customers control the personnel records they submit and are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to provide them.

We use information to provide and secure the service, manage accounts, deliver requested notifications, maintain audit and compliance records, support customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
We may use contracted infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, and messaging providers to operate the service. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy customer instructions, preserve required records, and meet legal obligations.
